Our mission
We are a sourcing and freight team built to be a cleaner middleman between Chinese factories and GCC importers. Most cross-border deals today involve three separate subcontractors: a sourcing agent in Yiwu or Guangzhou, a freight forwarder, and a customs broker at destination. When something goes wrong, each one points at the other two. Cargix exists to be one accountable partner instead, with a single owner across sourcing, shipping and clearance.
What we do
We help GCC importers find the right Chinese supplier, verify and inspect the goods, then move them to a UAE or Saudi warehouse on terms the buyer chooses: EXW, FOB, CIF or full DDP. The sourcing team works out of Guangzhou and Yiwu; the freight team coordinates sea and air bookings out of the major South and East China ports.

Why we exist
There is a real gap in the market. Most sourcing agents stop the moment goods leave the factory, and most freight forwarders only start the moment goods reach the port. The handover in between is where most problems start: wrong HS codes, mismatched packing lists, missing certifications, surprise duty bills. Cargix closes that gap by owning both halves.
We are not the cheapest option on a single leg. We aim to be the cheapest total cost of ownership, because the avoided rework and the avoided customs holds usually pay for the small premium several times over.
Working hours
We reply Monday to Saturday during China business hours (09:00-18:00 CST, Beijing time). Urgent shipment issues are covered outside business hours by the on-call account owner.
