How it works
- You send dimensions, weight, product description and the supplier's location.
- We reply with a written quote within one business day.
- Your suppliers deliver to our warehouse. We check, weigh and measure the cartons and confirm the final figure.
- The cargo flies with the line's consolidated air service. The carrier assigns the arrival airport.
- You follow the shipment on our tracking page.
- On arrival the line clears customs on the consolidated shipment and delivers to your address.
Pricing
All-in prices per chargeable kilogram as of 28 September 2026, in dirhams with US dollars for reference. Every shipment adds a documentation and handling fee of AED 50, or USD 14 to Saudi Arabia.

When to use this vs. alternatives
Use air for shipments under about 45 kg chargeable, for high-value-to-weight cargo (electronics, watches, fashion samples), and for restocks where being out of stock costs more than the freight premium. For everything else, sea freight is a fraction of the per-kg cost. For sample shipments below 30 kg, integrator courier (DHL, FedEx) door-to-door is usually faster and easier than booked air freight.

How is chargeable weight calculated? +
The greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, length x width x height in centimetres divided by
6,000, rounded up to a whole kilogram. Minimum 1 kg. Parcels up to 15 kg are priced as first kilogram plus each additional kilogram; from 16 kg a flat price per kg applies, from 100 kg a lower one.What does the price include? +
Freight, fuel, customs duty, VAT and one delivery to your address. A documentation and handling fee of AED 50 per shipment (USD 14 to Saudi Arabia) is added as a separate line. Not included: a customs declaration in your own name and delivery to free zones or remote areas, which are quoted on request.

Below about
45 kg chargeable air is usually cheaper than sea, because sea bills a 1 CBM minimum. Above that, sea wins on cost and air wins on time: 6-10 days against 45-50.What about lithium batteries and power banks? +
Built-in batteries up to
100 Wh with UN3481 marking ship as general goods in neutral packaging. Power banks and pure batteries are dangerous goods by air: they fly on cargo aircraft only, at the battery price, with the UN38.3 report and each item insulated and separated. We confirm acceptance for each shipment before you pay your supplier. Pure liquids and single items over 10 kg are quoted case by case.Do you offer express? +
